Community Partnership Program
The Corporation of the Town of Cochrane has developed the Community Partnership Plan Policy to provide municipal funds or other forms of financial assistance to non-profit organizations, community groups and clubs that would benefit from this grant.
We are now accepting applications for the period of January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. The application deadline for this funding period is December 24th, 2025. Applications received after this deadline will not be considered.
