TAKE NOTICE THAT the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Cochrane passed By-Law Number 1573-2024 on the 9^th day of April, 2024 with respect to the property tax rebate program for low-income seniors and low-income persons with disabilities.

This program offers property tax relief to qualifying individuals, marking the town’s commitment to supporting its vulnerable populations.  Eligible participants can benefit from a tax credit of $250, providing valuable assistance in managing property tax expenses.
