TAKE NOTICE that the Cochrane and Suburban Planning Board has received an application from Thomas and Sophie Hautot proposing to sever and transfer a portion of their property at 185 Fifth street as a lot addition to their neighbour, Scott Tracy at 285 Seventh Avenue North. The lot to be severed from 185 Fifth Street and added to 285 Seventh Avenue North has a frontage of approximately 3.05m, a depth of approximately 20.22m and an area of approximately 61.67m2. There is a shed on the lot to be severed, that is intended to remain. The frontage and depth of the proposed retained lot of 185 Fifth Street will not change, currently the lot has a frontage of approximately 20.66m, and a depth of approximately 29.33m, the approximate area of the proposed retained lot proceeding the severance will be 635.33m2. The proposed severed lot will be added to the proposed benefitting lot 285 Seventh Avenue North which has a frontage of approximately 17m, a depth of approximately 41.75m, and an area of approximately 709.75m2. |
TAKE NOTICE that the Cochrane and Suburban Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing to consider the above-noted applications on Wednesday, June 19th, 2024, at 7:00 PM at Fire Hall (23 Fifth Street, Cochrane, ON), in accordance with Section 53 of the Planning Act R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended. |
YOU ARE ENTITLED TO ATTEND the Cochrane and Suburban Planning Board’s Public Hearing concerning this application. If you have specific comments regarding this application, you may submit a letter to the Secretary-Treasurer of the Cochrane and Suburban Planning Board at the address shown below, and such written submissions shall be available for inspection by any interested person. IF YOU DO NOT ATTEND this Hearing, it may proceed in your absence and, except as otherwise provided in the Planning Act, you will not be entitled to any further notice in the proceeding.
IF YOU WISH TO BE NOTIFIED of the Decision of the Cochrane and Suburban Planning Board in respect of the proposed consent, you must make a written request to the Secretary-Treasurer of the Approval Authority at the address shown below. APPEALS: Only the applicant, the Minister, a specified person (being a utility and transportation company) or a public body may appeal to the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT). If a specified person or public body that files an appeal of a decision of the Cochrane and Suburban Planning Board in respect of the proposed consent does not make written submissions to the Cochrane and Suburban Planning Board before it gives, or refuses to give, a provisional Consent, the Ontario Land Tribunal may dismiss the appeal. |
