The Corporation of the Town of Cochrane has developed the Community Partnership Plan Policy to provide municipal funds or other forms of financial assistance to non-profit organizations, community groups and clubs that would benefit from this grant.

We are now accepting applications for the period of January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024. The application deadline for this funding period is October 16, 2023. Applications received after this deadline will not be considered.

The application form can be picked up at the Municipal office or can be found below. Completed applications can be emailed to vanessa.vachon@cochraneontario.com or dropped off at the Municipal Office or drop box.
