Deposits
A security deposit of $500.00 must be paid at the time of booking and will be returned after the event, provided there is no damage, lost locks or extra cleaning required.
Digital sign advertising
The digital sign that is located at the pavilion is available for your advertising purposes. A high traffic location, especially in the summer months.

Cochrane board of trade member discounts
Cochrane Board of Trade members receive a 20% discount on advertising with 3 month, 6 month or 1 year contracts. One month of free advertising will be provided in the following situations:
- Opening of a new business in the Town of Cochrane
- Relocation of a new business in the Town of Cochrane
- Grand re-opening of a business in the Town of Cochrane
- Major expansion of a business in the Town of Cochrane
