The Town of Cochrane is inviting families with children to participate in a survey about your experiences with child care centres that your child(ren) attends, attended, or is waiting to attend.

This brief survey should take about 5 minutes to complete.  A copy of the survey can be obtained at the municipal office during normal office hours or by clicking the button below.  The survey is also available online, should you wish to complete it online, by clicking the button below.

Your answers will help us understand how well services are performing and how they could be improved in the future.

The deadline to submit your responses is Friday, March 21, 2025.  Hardcopy responses may be dropped off in our drop box at the municipal office, 171 Fourth Avenue.  All of your responses will be anonymized and treated confidentially.
