PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Council of the Municipal Corporation of the Town of Cochrane to stop up and close, the roadways described as follows:

Portion of the Road Allowance along the shore of Dora Lake legally described as Part 1 on 6R-8931, Glackmeyer, Town of Cochrane, abutting the lands legally described as BKN Part Lot 15, Concession 12, Glackmeyer, Town of Cochrane, being Part 1 on 6R-8582, being Roll Number 5639 020 001 46401 0000.

THE DESCRIBED portion of the laneway is to be closed for sale to the abutting land owner.

THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL shall consider the proposed

By-Law at their regular meeting to be held on Tuesday, March 11, 2025.  A copy of the by-law and sketch of the subject lands may be obtained at the Municipal Office or by clicking the button below.
