The Town of Cochrane wishes to remind residents that Section 2.5 of By-Law 1239-2017 prohibits the throwing, placing, dumping, or depositing refuse on private property or town property without lawful authority.

Any person who contravenes any provision of this by-law, may be subject a fine.
