The Town of Cochrane wishes to remind residents that Section 2.2 IV of By-Law 1457-2021 prohibits throwing, casting, or otherwise depositing any waste, recyclable materials, leaf and yard material, organic matter or bulky items whatsoever on or in any street, public property, or private property without prior consent of the owner, except as expressly authorized by this By-Law.

Any person who contravenes any provision of this by-law, may be subject to a set fine of $400.
