The applicant has simultaneously submitted a consent application (B2025-11), to permit the creation of a new lot from 1141 Concession 2&3. The severed lands would consist of approximately 38.85 hectares (96 acres) of lot area, with approximately 76.03 metres (249.44 feet) of lot frontage onto Concession 2&3. Both the severed and retained lands exceed the minimum lot depth requirement of Zoning By-law 968-2013.
