As a member of the Guest Services Team, you will be expected to provide exceptional customer service to all guests of the Polar Bear Habitat. This position requires the ideal candidate to be the first point of contact for guests, with a positive attitude, they will provide information on the facility, sell daily or annual admission passes and gift shop items, and answer questions about the bears and the organization. As a major tourist destination, you may also be required to answer questions about the community and surrounding area. Other duties include guest correspondence through phone or email, upkeep of the gift shop and basic janitorial work.
